Visitors to the Fitness Center are required to respect the following rules to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all.
1. General Usage
- Visitors to the Sports Center in Skopje may use the services of the Fitness Center in accordance with the provisions outlined in this document.
- Only visitors who have paid for a valid membership card may access the Fitness Center’s services.
2. Membership Cards
- Upon membership payment, members will receive a membership card. Members must provide personal information and a photo ID, which will be attached to the card.
- Members are required to present their membership card to staff at the entrance before each workout.
- Only the individual in whose name the card is issued may use it. Misuse will result in confiscation of the card.
3. Age Restrictions
- Individuals under 10 years old are not allowed to use the Fitness Center without supervision from certified sports trainers associated with approved sports clubs.
- Individuals under 15 years old are not allowed to use the Fitness Center without supervision from an authorized representative of an accredited high school, college, or university with a contract to use the facility.
- Note: Sports associations, schools, and universities that sign agreements to use the Fitness Center must also sign a declaration taking responsibility for the health and safety of their members. This declaration is an integral part of these Rules and Regulations.
4. Age Verification and Supervision
- Individuals under 15 are strictly prohibited from using the Fitness Center.
- Individuals aged 15–18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian, who assumes responsibility for any resulting harm.
- Age verification may be requested by presenting a personal ID.
5. Health Restrictions
- Visitors with health issues or those under medical supervision may not use the Fitness Center equipment. Use of the facility is at each visitor's own risk.
6. Instructor Guidance
- Visitors are encouraged to consult with Fitness Center instructors for instructions on equipment usage before beginning activities.
7. Attire
- Appropriate athletic attire and clean sports shoes are mandatory. Shirts with sleeves must be worn at all times. No sandals, business attire, or inappropriate clothing is allowed.
8. Towel Requirement
- Personal towel use is mandatory. Visitors must collect a towel from the fitness instructor upon entry and use it during workouts.
9. Cleanliness of Equipment
- Visitors are required to leave equipment clean and orderly after use. If not, the instructor may request the visitor clean the equipment before leaving it.
10. Prohibited Behavior
- Any conduct that disturbs others’ workouts or the peace and discipline of the environment is prohibited.
- Individuals who violate conduct rules or disregard staff instructions will be removed by security and may face entry restrictions.
11. Returning Equipment
- Visitors must return all sports equipment to its designated place after use.
12. Prohibited Items
- Alcohol, food, narcotics, and weapons are strictly prohibited in the Fitness Center.
13. Littering
- Littering is only allowed in designated waste bins.
14. Alcohol and Substance Use
- Using Fitness Center services under the influence of alcohol or substances is prohibited.
15. Personal Belongings and Locker Usage
- Visitors must use designated lockers for personal belongings. MISS FIT is not responsible for any theft or damage to personal items left unattended.
16. Liability for Equipment Damage
- Visitors are responsible for damage caused by improper use of equipment and will be liable for any costs incurred. MISS FIT will not be responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment.
17. Defective Equipment
- Visitors should report any equipment defects to staff immediately to prevent potential accidents.
18. Injury Assistance
- In case of injury, visitors are encouraged to seek assistance from Fitness Center staff.
19. Liability for Personal Injuries
- MISS FIT is not responsible for any injuries caused by visitors’ irresponsible actions. Use of the facility is at each visitor's own risk.
20. Public Posting of Rules
- All these rules are displayed visibly on the Fitness Center wall.
Article 6: Membership Policies
1. Membership Cancellation and Refunds
- Membership fees are non-refundable. Members may freeze their membership for medical or approved reasons with a written request and supporting documents.
2. Personal Trainer and Group Class Policy
- Only certified trainers affiliated with MISS FIT may offer personal training in the facility.
- Group class schedules are subject to change, so check the schedule regularly.
3. Guest Policy
- Guests may enter the facility only with an active member and must pay a guest fee. Guests must follow all gym rules and policies.
4. Locker Usage Policy
- Day-use lockers must be emptied daily. Items left overnight will be removed. MISS FIT is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Lost and Found Policy
- Lost items will be held for 30 days, after which they will be donated to charity if unclaimed.
6. Emergency Procedures
- In case of an emergency, follow staff instructions and exit through marked evacuation routes. First aid kits are available at the front desk.
7. Photography and Videography Policy
- Photography and videography are prohibited in locker rooms and other designated areas. Members may record their workouts in non-restricted areas without disturbing others.
8. Equipment Usage
- During peak hours, please limit cardio machine usage to 30 minutes. Do not reserve equipment by leaving items on them.
9. Code of Conduct
- Members must respect others and staff. Verbal abuse, aggressive behavior, and harassment are grounds for suspension or termination of membership.
10. Health and Safety Declaration
- Members are encouraged to consult a doctor before starting any fitness program, particularly if they have pre-existing health conditions.
11. Children and Family Policy
- Children under 13 are not allowed in workout areas. Children aged 13–15 may use the facility only under direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
12. Health Protocols (COVID-19 and Other)
- Members are asked to sanitize equipment before and after use. If you feel unwell, please do not enter the facility.
1. Use at Own Risk
- All individuals use the services and equipment at their own risk. MISS FIT assumes no responsibility for injuries caused by visitors’ own actions.
2. Insurance Coverage
- If MISS FIT has an active public procurement contract for insurance, the responsibility for injuries will be covered by the insurance company, as per the terms of the policy. Otherwise, visitors are not eligible for compensation from MISS FIT.
3. Compensation Claims
- Visitors compensated by the insurance company are not eligible for additional compensation from MISS FIT.
4. Theft and Damage to Personal Belongings
- MISS FIT is not responsible for theft or damage to visitors’ personal items, including mobile phones, jewelry, bags, and documents.
